The most beautiful thing about fall is that you have the freedom to wear anything you desire. October is the only time where you’ll see people walking in shorts, sweaters, scarfs, t-shirts, full winter coats, tank tops, flannels and nobody is judging anybody.

New “*pony bar”* on Portland Street in Toronto, owned by Ruby Soho, Cafe Renée, etc is at a great location. I love the *dark green* ambience, and as my friend EG said “*i loved the live horse races on tv though*” other than that the overpriced cocktails are mid. Quite watered down, and not *tasty*. Even good company brought it to a 7.5/10 for Toronto. Around 17$ a cocktail

Light Aviation Talk ✈: No Recipes, but here is some photos of cooking and spending a week with my Nonno & Nonna which is grandparents in Italian. This ones for my boy CD, Food expert. 🤌 N2S: The Bus from Toronto to Sudbury was tough. Challenge Of The Week: If you’re going to a class workout, like yoga, barry’s, spinning, boxing, try and see if you can leave your phone in your bag until you exit the building. That means for example, when your finished your spin class, fight the urge, tie your shoes, put your jacket on, thank the front desk, and check your phone once you physically leave the studio/gym. No word of a lie, a women in my spin class kept checking her phone every 5 minutes during our intense spin class, mind you the lights are off and the music is blearing, and she was playing …. minecraft ???? during the workout class

The Power Of Conversation: Coffees before Your Corporate or Enjoyable Job. Me and my friend EC periodically meet at 7:30 am before work to catch up and chat. This morning we had some great talks, per usual. EC took me to Founders Poker, a community poker game for VC, FinTech, all those types. A nice community initiative to re connect with your old but solid university friends, is to host a poker night one a month or quarter - women & men. There’s so much potential in this , themes, atmosphere, it could turn into a lot more than just a poker match… 💭

“The Visitors pass” Home town heroes know this one. If you move out of the city you get the '“visitors pass”. Its nice cause your friends will always want to have you but the piece of independence goes with you. You have to be mindful of the person your staying with, and go with them wherever. And its just not your own bed .
“The Healthy Debate” - there’s needs to be a space where like minded friends come together and are 1. Willing to share thoughts, and 2. able to contribute to a Healthy Debate. Meaning maintaining respect above all in these worldly and deep conversations that need to be had. One thing me and EC chatted about was the quality of people we know from QU. If we could all be in an environment where conversations are encouraged, we could accomplish and connect so much. Business, relationships, money, non-profit initiatives, social events and all of these things with no pressure just community vibes.
