Stay At The New Marriott, its the closet thing you’ll get to the Fairmont Royal York Toronto. https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/ygkmc-kingston-marriott/overview/?scid=f2ae0541-1279-4f24-b197-a979c79310b0 The lobby, and restaurant lounge is great for conversation, and has the real hotel lobby feel. The spark of connection. The windows are nice too.

Glow Spa - cold plunge, robes, sauna, steam room, hot tub🩷🩷 3 minutes in that cold plunge will leave u feeling elevated. $49 during the week and $59 on the weekend as of Feb 2025. Best Coffee In Ontario: Sens Café. ☕️https://senscafeinc.com/ The baristas speak French here. Very lovely, creamy, and strong iced late. It gives you a kick. A must. If only i’d known about this cafe sooner..

Crave http://www.cravecoffeehouse.ca desserts. go here for the smartie cookie. I can’t study here, but if you want to talk in a busy cafe setting this place is always busy. 🍪
Springer Market Square - Really nice Europe like vibe. So lovely in the winter and summer. This winter they even had fire pits… 🪵🎇💐 this square kinda makes you want to spin around and look at the sky 💕

A good spot for date night if your a uni student or grad and you want a safe spot that has everything you’re looking for, above average but not overwhelming. https://atomica.ca/ Italian, pizza, pasta, good drinks, not overly expensive smaller, but still open concept. Vibes You Can Count On. 🍕

Clubs. Stages, Ale House. The University Tavern could be worth trying
Queen’s University Campus. Soo lovely to stroll through, there are hidden benches around to sit and read. 📚📖 Douglas Library, top floor is something magical. The Gord Downie Pier …. https://www.theswimguide.org/beach/8281 If you get into queen’s and your rez is Gord Brock …. frosh week is a dream. “Frosh week” in Canada is the first week of school if you didn’t know. 👙🌊
It’s a unique bakery. Kingston in general a not peculiar but it is unique when it comes to people, environment, culture, businesses and such. The outdoor patio looks nice to sit and I know it closes at 3pm. This bakery is a bit pricier but you can find some good buns, croissants, and things like that. Chez Piggy, another example, not peculiar but unique its unique. It’s a nice grad dinner spot and good conversation & high vibe spot. I had a tai like sand-which and it was bomb. Again, quality ingredients. https://chezpiggy.ca
Jack Astor’s has a rooftop in the summer which is really great for the view and again that Europe feel. Drinks over food but that is ur choice https://order.jackastors.com/2279/flow/pickup This is a good summer birthday spot. Good place to celebrate with the girlies. For the rooftop vibe. I haven’t been to Jacks in years but i do remember getting the lobster dip if they still have it with pita. CF Chicken fingers are always a safe bet haha.
Morrison’s Restaurant for your classic diner greasier breakfast. 🍳
50s style Diner more lively, and it’s right near the bars. open til 1 am and always has a lot of bright light during the day if that’s what your seeking! busy street if you want to be seen on the patio ! If you look close enough you’ll see that the words are worn out “all you can eat” … I hadn’t noticed this until it was pointed out to me
