Dineen Coffee Commerce Courts West - proper for before work or mid day, its pre packaged from a company called fresh I believe. It’s pretty decent too, its more expensive. THe pine apple can be good. Price: $ 7.99 Side Note: I love the feeling of this Dineen. Always intellectual conversations, the pink chairs, the flowers, no skim milk unfortunately but Eleanor Roosevelt would approve.

History: Medusa - I feel like I’ve heard medusa in a lot of rap songs. A huge thing about rap, is that artists are telling their stories, and deep emotional ones in sentences. If your able to see and understand the bigger picture, and do your due diligence offline to learn about their story, then you’d understand exactly where they are coming from. Anyways, so Medusa is a Greek mythology, it means to guard and protect. She’s best known for her hair, snakes, and could turn people to stone with one look. When your unsure, embrace uncertainty. I read once in Elizabeth Gilbert’s book on marriage, that men will 90% of the time chose the women that brings them stability. The 48 Hour Follow Up Rule: After a coffee chat or meeting someone, especially with business and networking, a 48 hour follow up is a proper time frame. It gives you time to think about a more creative and personal text then “thanks for the coffee, or so nice to talk to you”… like lets gas the small talk, and be creative. Pick something personal they mentioned in your chat, and show them you listened. And make sure to listen lol. To add to this, you don’t need to text the same day, give it 48 hours and let the right message come to you rather than forcing. Forcing can be smelt immediately, like the smell of bad garbage. “Don’t get horny for a sale” - JC . Dedication over Desperation.
Work: Try and make the conversation less of an wrestling match and more of a dance. Before difficult conversations tell yourself in a sales mind to “treat ____ like you would your grandmother” and then see the outcome. Make people look good.
